Keep an open mind when coming to this place. This is not your modern updated restaurant. This is more like a mom and pop diner. Even though the health score is 93 the food is still good, place was decently clean, and service was good. I would definitely go back again. They also have a lunch option which seemed good (I'll save that for next time).

While I've only been here once, they have amazing food. I had a bacon biscuit and some hash browns. The wait staff was incredibly friendly. I go down Country Club quite frequently and I am definitely sad that I never noticed Duke's before.

Duke's deserves better than the reviews I'm seeing. I went there for lunch and it was amazing. I'll update when I try for breakfast. For $6.80 I got the meat and three special. 3 slices of fried pork tenderloin, mixed veggies, green beans, broccoli casserole, and delicious sweet tea. The mac and cheese looked awesome, but I tried to stick to veggies. I am a big fan of this place and will be back again and again I'm sure.

This is place is AWESOME! The staff is fantastic and food delicious. I do have to say that I've only been here for breakfast but have never once been disappointment. Best breakfast in Winston-Salem!

Great local eatery. I've never lunched, but they do great with grits, bacon, eggs, pancakes for breakfast!

My favorite breakfast and best biscuits in town! Nothing fancy but they do the basics well and the staff is friendly and do a great job keeping coffee mugs filled. It's always packed for Saturday breakfast but the service is quick. Great down home cooking!
